Terms Of Service

I comprehend and admit that ComplifyXpert is not a law firm or an attorney, might not perform services performed by an attorney, and its services, forms, documents, or templates are not a substitute for the advice or services of an attorney. Rather, I am characterizing myself in this legal matter. No attorney-client relationship or privilege is created with ComplifyXpert.

Terms of Use. I comprehend that the Site's general terms of use (the "Terms of Use") also apply to these Terms of Service and in agreeing to these Terms of Service, I accept that I have read and agree to those Terms of Use, which are incorporated herein by reference.

I understand that ComplifyXpert has assessed my responses. The act undertaken by ComplifyXpert in furtherance to my request for services is exclusively subject to and liable for the information provided by me, as well as for the internal reliability of names, addresses, and the like. I will read the final document(s) before signing them and acknowledge that I am solely responsible for the final document(s).

Third-Party Services. If I purchased a product or service that involves ComplifyXpert's third-party partner’s involvement, I understand that I might be required to accept additional terms located on the third party’s website. The third party might connect with me via email and/or phone with directions on how to access services. ComplifyXpert hereby denies liability for any data, information, services, and products displayed or offered as part of any third-party services. ComplifyXpert is not accountable for any failure of products or services offered or promoted at those sites. The said third party might have a privacy policy divergent from that of ComplifyXpert, and the third-party website might offer less security than the ComplifyXpert site.

Accuracy of Information and Third-Party Consent. I undertake that I have provided correct information/data to ComplifyXpert and have gained all third-party consents required for my order, to the best of my knowledge.

"Any dispute or difference whatsoever arising between the parties out of or relating to the construction, meaning, scope, operation, or effect of this contract, or the validity or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the Indian Council of Arbitration, and the award made in pursuance thereof shall be binding on the parties."

DISPUTE RESOLUTION BY BINDING ARBITRATION INFORMATION

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification. Except as forbidden by law, you will hold ComplifyXpert and its associates, directors, employees, promoters, and agents immune from any indirect, disciplinary, incidental, or consequential damage, however it arises (containing attorneys' fees as well as all other costs and expenses related to litigation and arbitration, or at trial or on appeal, if any, whether litigation or arbitration is introduced), or in an action of agreement, negligence, or other action, or arising out of or in connection with this contract, including without limitation any claim for personal injury or property harm, loss, or damage, arising from this agreement and any violation by you of any central, state, or local laws, rules, or regulations, even if ComplifyXpert has been previously directed of the possibility of such damage. Except as prohibited by law, if there is any accountability found on the ComplifyXpert side, it will be limited to the amount paid for the products and/or services, and under no circumstances will there be significant or severe damages.

Electronic Records and Signatures. I make ComplifyXpert authorized to affix my electronic signature wherever required to file my documents. I know I might withdraw my consent, provided my documents and forms have not already been filed and submitted, by calling ComplifyXpert Customer Care center at info@complifyxpert.com.

Future Products and Services. If I select to add more products or services to my initial purchase, then these Terms of Service will also apply to that additional product or service purchase, subject to any change in Terms of Service made in the future.

Filing Fees. As otherwise stated, filing and recording fees may contain all mandatory or applicable central, state, and local administrative fees.

Company Registration, Central or Regional Licenses or Permits, Quality Certifications, Trademark, Copyright, and Patent. As part of an order for company registration, central or regional licenses or permits, quality certifications, trademark, copyright, and patent products, I may be required to submit materials, details, or information to ComplifyXpert – such as specimens, drawings, or copies of my work – in order to complete my order and submit my document(s) to the concerned government offices. Moreover, I understand that while it may retain all digital copies of my submission, ComplifyXpert does not hold physical copies of my submissions. All physical materials or documents that ComplifyXpert does not submit to government offices as part of my application will be securely destroyed.

Delivery. I understand that ComplifyXpert might use various methods of transportation to deliver finished products. For example, products delivered via physical shipment may use different types of carriers for each shipping option, and ComplifyXpert will choose a delivery system for the shipping choices and address I designate. The shipping fee mentioned does not necessarily represent the actual amount paid by ComplifyXpert to the carrier for the delivery of my order. It may also include additional fees paid to the carrier partner. I understand that for products delivered electronically, ComplifyXpert will notify me via email when my product is complete and available for download.

Force Majeure. ComplifyXpert shall not be considered in breach of or default under a force majeure clause. Under these Terms of Service or any contract with me, ComplifyXpert shall not be liable for any interruption, termination, or delay in the performance of its duties hereunder due to events such as fire, storm, natural disasters, war, terrorism, epidemics, or other similar events beyond reasonable control. If a Force Majeure event continues for more than 90 days, ComplifyXpert reserves the right to terminate these Terms of Service and shall bear no liability towards me for or as a result of any such termination.

Access to World Wide Web; Internet Delays. To access ComplifyXpert services, I must get access to the World Wide Web (“www”) and pay any associated service fees. I am solely responsible for providing all necessary equipment to make this connection, including a properly functioning internet connection. Accessibility to some ComplifyXpert services may be limited due to inherent issues with the Internet. ComplifyXpert is not responsible for delays or damages caused by such issues.

I accept that I have had the opportunity to view sample templates or forums of ComplifyXpert and may call Customer Care at info@complifyxpert.com for assistance.

Reviews. After completing your purchase with ComplifyXpert, you might receive an email survey request. You can also write a review on the site. If you complete the survey or submit a review, your opinions might be posted, in whole or in part, on the site or used in marketing or promotional material. The review can be conveyed with limited identifying information, such as your first name and last name, the product you purchased, your city and/or state, gender, age range, etc.

Right to refuse. I acknowledge that ComplifyXpert reserves the right to refuse/deny service to anyone.

I know that these terms affect my legal rights and obligations. If I do not agree to be bound by all of these terms and conditions of use, I will not use these services. By continuing with my purchase, I agree to these Terms of Service.
